Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of cosmetic and nail products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or used. This is to ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers.
However, we do accept returns or replacements in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong item
- The product arrived leaking or broken
Reporting an Issue
If your order has arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Unboxing videos of the product and packaging
- Images of the reported issue
- A brief description of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

- Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days after approval
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
